Delivery & Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs included : All our prices include shipping costs, so you won't be faced with any surprises.
- Need a forklift? For deliveries without a forklift on site, we offer an optional forklift service for €225 . Add this to your order if necessary.
- Delivery only to your own warehouse : Make sure there is a forklift available for unloading. If this is not the case, please indicate this in the shopping cart.

Delivery time & delivery options
- Desired delivery date : You can specify a desired delivery date with your order. We will take this into account and do our utmost to deliver on time.

Indicative delivery time : Delivery will take place within 7 working days after receipt of payment. For the Netherlands the average delivery time is 5 working days .
- Time-specific deliveries : It is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time. Do you have a preference for a specific time? Let us know and we will see what we can do.
- Final delivery date : After processing your order, you will receive confirmation of the final delivery date from us.

With us you can choose between prepayment and ordering on account . With prepayment you arrange everything at once: fast, simple and without hassle. Would you rather order on account? That is possible! You can apply for a credit with a payment term of 14 days .
How do you apply for credit?
- Complete the application form : Go to our credit application page and fill out the form with the required information.
- Processing time : Please note that it may take several days to process your request.
- Confirmation : Once we have assessed your application, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the outcome.
